A simple classic with an artisan twist! To make our meatballs we start from scratch and use only the finest ingredients. We begin by grinding our own cheese and baking our own bread (using just our semolina and yeast) to make our own breadcrumbs. When we say no preservatives, we mean it, even if that means added steps and effort in our cooking process. Our well seasoned Italian meatballs are incredibly tender and served with our signature tomato sauce.
